Northern Indiana Event Center Entrance

During a recent visit to the RV Hall of Fame, I took this photo of the Northern Indiana Event Center because it is the first entrance you see when you pull in. The museum and the event center share one big building, but the entrances are separate. Visitors usually drive past this side first before looping around to the RV museum entrance.

What the space is actually used for

The space appears to be used for all kinds of large events. The photos on their site show church services, presentations, big meals with round tables, fundraisers, corporate gatherings and what look like wedding receptions. If you can fit a lot of chairs or tables in a room, someone has probably hosted it here.

The factual details

The RV/MH Hall of Fame has a new website and from what I can tell, there is a new convention all within the Northern Indiana Events Center. The new space is listed on the site as "The East Wing Convention Hall" and is 36,000 square feet. It can host up to 2,500 seated guests, with a maximum capacity of 4,500 people. They promote it as a space suitable for conventions and large community or corporate events.

My own experience

I have never been inside the convention hall itself. I only see it when I visit the RV Hall of Fame because this is the entrance you pass while driving around the building.
