An overnight pad sewing pattern on white paper being cut out before sewing.

If you want to try sewing your own washable overnight pads this page has links to info, supplies, and the pattern.

Sewing Pattern

The sewing pattern I used to make these pads is called the Staple, by Versodile. You can buy it and download from Etsy or Shopify (cheaper).

Video Tutorial

Here is the video tutorial for sewing a heavy overnight pad with hidden PUL.

Cloth Pad Fabrics

Here's a general video showing the fabrics I use to sew cloth pads. Watch this if you are totally new to sewing your own pads, and don't know what to get.

Here's the PUL from Nature's Fabrics. It's light and durable.

My favorite core material from Nature's fabrics is 400GSM bamboo fleece.
