When I visited in November 2025, I bought my ticket online. At the entrance, I pulled it up on my phone and the staff member scanned it in about thirty seconds.

Where to buy museum tickets
You can buy tickets in person when you arrive, or online through a third party site. You do not need to reserve a time slot for standard museum entry. See winter hours here.
If you prefer planning everything before you show up, the online checkout is simple, and the mobile ticket works without any issues. I pulled up the ticket on my phone and the staff member scanned it quickly.

How busy it usually gets
One of the most common questions the staff receives is about crowd levels. Visitors expect it to feel like a large city museum where people cluster in the same areas and you have to keep moving. The RV Hall of Fame is not like that.
The museum is spread out, and the aisles are wide. It is rare for the space to feel packed. Even on weekends, most guests can read displays, look at vintage RV interiors, and take photos without feeling rushed. If you prefer quieter environments, odds are good that you will have enough space to move at your own pace.

A quiet spot to rest
The upstairs library overlooks the entry hall to the Northern Indiana Event Center. There are comfortable chairs and shelves filled with old magazines, dealership catalogs, and RV history books. If you want a break from walking or need a quieter corner, this is the best place for it.

Parking information
Parking is free but RV parking is first come, first served. If you need hookups, there are paid spots, also first come, first served. Overnight parking is allowed, but for current rules it is best to check their site or call ahead.
The staff member at the front desk said they routinely take quick calls from travelers who are already on the road. They seem happy to answer questions about parking, hours, and visitor flow. Below is a photo of the RV parking spaces. The entrance to the museum is around the back of the building, on the right.

What your ticket includes
Your ticket gives you access to every part of the museum:
The Go RVing Hall
The vintage trailers and motorhomes
The manufacturer displays
The RV models and miniature production line exhibits
The upstairs library and archives
Any rotating exhibits that happen to be open
This is a self guided tour. There are no hidden add-ons, as of November 2025.

How long a visit usually takes
Most people spend about two hours here. If you like reading displays, looking at production models, or photographing details, expect closer to 3 hours. If you’re traveling with kids or need sensory breaks, the layout is easy to navigate and you can take your time without feeling rushed.
